The current "agent count leadership" is a temporal metric that will erode as soon as a more flexible framework emerges.

Regulatory risk is another blind spot. AI agents that hold private keys and transact autonomously present a compliance nightmare. Who is liable when an agent violates sanctions or performs wash trading? The Altana permission model might help with auditability, but it doesn't solve the identity problem. The current regulatory window is open, but once authorities start focusing on autonomous agents, BNB Chain's centralized governance could become a liability.
